Casa Mazonce Hotel - Mexico City

I appreciated the beautiful garden space at Casa Mazonce with a lovely retreat with large trees. My room was quite comfortable, and the team, especially Rodrigo, was helpful and attentive throughout my stay.

Shared bathrooms need better maintenance.

The setting was good, just next door to public transports as well as the "Paseo de la Reforma". The helpful staff was much appreciated.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

Aye, our private room was spacious and chill, right on the ground floor. Staff was mad helpful, held our bags while we explored. Kitchen was dope, and we loved chillin' in the garden under them big trees. WiFi was solid, but we had a few ants marching in from outside. Coulda been better, but I ain't mad.

Shared bathrooms could be better maintained!!! Toilets struggle with flushing, which isn't what you expect. The additional fee for bag storage after check-out feels overly harsh given the circumstances.

The vibrant atmosphere at Casa Mazonce is really charming, and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden space.

I experienced a frustrating check-in process. I arrived after 11 PM and had difficulty getting access since there was no one available to let me in.

Boy, where do I even start? No one at reception for hours. I nearly thought I was in a ghost hotel. And charging extra for towels? Please. How tragic!

Recommend it for couples looking for comfort

The bedroom space was really big with a comfy king size bed! The French windows that opened into the balcony were lovely, I could feel the breeze while just sitting there sipping coffee.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

I had a spacious bed in the dormitory with great WiFi, and the lovely garden area was perfect for chilling out! the upstairs toilets could use better maintenance. I'd definitely consider staying here again!

The shared bathrooms were poorly maintained and lacked essentials. I experienced multiple plumbing issues during peak hours which led to an unpleasant stay. Noise from the surrounding area made it hard to relax, and the kitchen facilities were lacking basic supplies.
